CURRENT SINGLE: “Long Live”
During the pandemic, a lot of people took up new hobbies or worked on projects they had been putting off to fill the time. Florida Georgia Line’s Brian Kelley (BK) says, “I’ve tried just about everything under the sun this year with this damn quarantine and pandemic of the year.”
Brian used to play baseball in college and was on his way to the pros before he gave it up to head to Belmont College to pursue music. So, during the pandemic, he says, “I was throwing baseball, gettin’ my arm in shape for a while there. And I still throw here and there but I was gettin’ pretty serious on it.”
Aside from baseball, BK stayed busy doing yardwork around his place in Florida, and he says, “Just doing everything under the sun in between doing FGL stuff, shootin’ up there doing little tapings and just stuff like that. Trying to stay physically healthy too, and bike ride, trail rides and all that stuff.”
Of course, BK also spent time during the pandemic finishing up Florida Georgia Line’s new album, Life Rolls On, which was released earlier this month, featuring their top ten hit, “Long Live,” which is still making its way up the charts.
