CURRENT SINGLE: “Lady”
Brett Young will be hosting the four day Caliville Festival, billed as music and more, this summer in Palm Springs. When he first announced the festival, Brett said it would feature live performances, including a headlining show by him, plus wellness activities, pool parties, hotel takeovers and more. When we asked Brett what fans can expect, he said, “The idea behind it is just, the thing that we do as artists and song writers is we try to kind of pull back the curtain a little bit and be vulnerable with people. And so, it’s Southern California, but specifically Palm Springs – a place that is close to my heart that I’ve gone for a long time – and activities that I love.”
Participation in the non-music activities will be optional of course, but Brett says, “I think we’re gonna do a wiffleball tournament outside, and we’ll do pool basketball, and I’m gonna try to get people to come do yoga classes out on the grass in the morning. No, I don’t do yoga, but my wife does.”
Plus, of course, there will be music spread throughout the weekend, in between activities. And basically, Brett says, “I just wanna kinda pepper in all of my favorite things that hopefully everybody will enjoy as well. But it’s like just kind of a little bit more of an idea, if I was vacationing in Palm Desert with the family for the weekend, like what that vacation would look like and bring everybody kinda into my world.”

And I just wanna kinda pepper in all of my favorite things that hopefully everybody will enjoy as well.
