Tim McGraw and Faith Hill recently became empty nesters when their youngest daughter, Aubrie, graduated from high school and left home for college last year. Like most parents, it was an emotional time for them to suddenly have all three of their daughters living away from home. But luckily, out of sight does not mean out of mind for the McGraw family. “We talk to our girls quite a bit,” says Tim. “We’re a pretty close five-some, me and my four girls. They’ve grown up on a bus with us and all kinds of things, so we stay pretty close and we talk quite often, for sure.”
Although Tim has been known to joke that his daughters only call when they need money, that’s not really the case. They’re all very good about checking in with mom and dad regularly, or taking the call when mom or dad calls them, and Tim says, “I wouldn’t change that for anything.”
