(AUDIO) BRETT YOUNG’S CALIVILLE CLOTHING LINE IS EXPANDING IN KOHL’S

CURRENT SINGLE: “Not Yet”

In 2019, Brett Young launched his Caliville clothing line collection exclusively at Kohl’s, and the partnership has done so well that Brett has expanded his line and is planning to do even more in the future. “We’ve expanded the line from just doing like graphic T-shirts to doing print or solid T-shirts,” explains Brett, “and we’re starting to have the conversation about doing women’s and children’s and swimwear, and that whole thing.”

Brett says business for his Caliville clothing collection was very good during the pandemic, and he thinks a lot of the success has to do with the fact that his collection is comfortable and geared toward the everyday man and woman.

One thing that has helped Brett’s line is it’s placement in Kohl’s. “We’re partners with Kohl’s and Kohl’s just partnered with Sephora as well,” explains Brett. “So, Sephora will be in one of the two entrances at every Kohl’s now, and Caliville’s got the real estate right after you come through Sephora.”

While music is Brett’s passion, he says, “Hopefully (Caliville) keeps growing.  It’s been a fun little project for me.”

I think because it kind of speaks to the everyday man and woman, it’s not super out there, and so hopefully that keeps growing and it’s been a fun little project for me.”
