(AUDIO) A GUITAR IN HIS HANDS HELPED BREAK CONNER SMITH OUT OF HIS SHYNESS

DEBUT SINGLE – “Learn From It”

As a kid, Conner Smith admits he was pretty shy, until he got a guitar in his hands.  He says, “I got a guitar when I was four, kind of randomly. My dad was walking past a pawn shop and saw a guitar, and they needed a present for me. So, they bought it and they gave it to me.”

While he didn’t know how to play the guitar yet, Conner had seen enough people handle one that he knew what to do.  He says, “I was always a shy kid, and they handed me this guitar and I just started strumming and screaming ‘Big Star’ by Kenny Chesney. First song I ever sang.”

Conner eventually learned how to actually play the guitar and write his own songs, and now he has his debut single, “Learn from It” on the radio, and he’s getting ready to go on tour with Thomas Rhett this summer.
