NASHVILLE, TN (September 27, 2024) – DIAMOND-selling and ACM Award-winning Country star Brett Youngcontinues his hot streak of irresistibly catchy love songs with his new flirty track “Say Less,” out today via Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment. Years of companionship and shared history has given this couple a telepathic-like ability to know what the other is thinking, and tonight, no words are needed to know exactly where their evening is headed.
LISTEN TO “SAY LESS” HERE
“‘Say Less’ is a song about two people in a relationship being on the same page, wanting the same things and being completely in sync. We wanted to write something that was fun and sexy but still had a heartfelt romantic side to it,” shares Young. “This song is about a couple that completely gets each other and prefers time alone together over a night out on the town.”
“Brett Young has one of those voices that will stop you in your tracks” (Taste of Country), and that staple silky-smooth voice is in full force in the electric guitar driven song. Written by Young alongside Ben Caver (“Here Tonight”) and Justin Ebach (“Sleep Without You,” “Here Tonight”), “Say Less” serves as the latest testament that the frequent collaborators are an unstoppable team in making romantic hits that resonate and strike a chord with listeners.
“Say Less” comes off the heels of Young’s “hit bound” (MusicRow) track “Goodnight Into Good Morning,” which was released in July. Last month, Young, who is a former Ole Miss baseball player, made a surprise appearance at a Savannah Bananas game where he sang “Sleep Without You” and did a some in-game pitching. Watch it HERE.
Young is currently on the road with special guests Restless Road, Tyler Braden, Hannah McFarland and Owen Riegling. The fall tour will see upcoming dates in cities including New York, NY (10/10), Asbury Park, NJ (10/11), Toronto, ON (10/17), Atlanta, GA (10/24) and more.
