Brantley Gilbert – listen to musical influences :29

“As far back as I can remember, I had like a little Walkman, and my mom bought me some like Christian tapes and stuff. But I was in their room one day, my mom and dad’s room, and I found a basket that had like tapes in it, everything from Lynyrd Skynyrd to AC/DC, to Kool and the Gang, you know. So, it started back then. I’d grab one of those tapes and throw it in my tape player and listen to the whole thing, and you never knew what was gonna be an inspiration or an influence. So, I’ve always been the guy that listens to a little bit of everything.”
