These days Cassadee Pope is fortunate to be making a living doing what she loves with music, but there was a time when she had to do other jobs to make ends meet. “One of the weirdest jobs that I had was working at Pacific Sunwear,” says Cassadee. “I was a freshman in high school and I had a lot of interesting skater boys, surfer boys come in that had absolutely atrocious game and would try to make passes. Unfortunately, I got in trouble for mouthing off to them. But, I did a hell of a job folding clothes.” Fortunately, these days Cassadee just has to focus on promoting her top 20 hit, “Wasting All These Tears,” and her new album, Frame by Frame, no folding required.
