Cassadee Pope’s debut single, “Wasting All These Tears” is about a break up, but more importantly she says, “This song represents being a powerful and independent person.  It takes a lot of strength to get through something as traumatic as heartbreak so I wanna be somebody that people can look up to, especially women and they can say, ‘I wanna be like her and be an independent, strong woman.’”
