Tim McGraw will release a new album this spring and he says there’s always a possibility of having a duet with his wife, Faith Hill, on any of his albums. In fact, Tim says, “We want to do a record together at some point, I mean a full album together at some point.” Timing is a factor in being able to make that happen, but Tim says the most important thing is the songs. “We don’t wanna just go cut a song to be cuttin’ a song together. You know, I think it sort waters down what we do, not as a family or as a couple, but what we do as a singing couple. And I don’t want to water that down or try to do something that’s just for fun or not necessarily for something that means something. I think it’s about finding the right song as much as anything. There’s other factors, but I think that’s the biggest factor.”
Tim’s new single, “Lookin’ for That Girl,” is the first release off of his new album, which will likely be out in May.

Tim McGraw – duet with Faith next album :35
“We want to do a record together at some point, I mean a full album together at some point, so it sort of matters when that falls in place, but other than that, more than anything it’s about the songs, when the song comes along that’s the right song for us to do. I mean, we don’t wanna just go cut a song to be cuttin’ a song together. You know, I think sort waters down what we do, not as a family or as a couple, but what we do as a singing couple. And I don’t want to water that down or try to do something that’s just for fun or not necessarily for something that means something. I think it’s about finding the right song as much as anything.
