Jay DeMarcus of Rascal Flatts recently made a guest appearance on the TV show Nashville, and although he’s a fan of the show he admits it’s not always an accurate depiction of the music business. “Well, it’s definitely dramatized,” says Jay. “They have to make good television and so they’ve gotta create those stories, but I do watch the show because I’ve become really good friends with Chip, and Hayden has become a really good friend. So it’s interesting to watch their work.” Jay was happy to appear on the show and he’s happy to support Nashville because he says, “It’s good for the city and it’s good for country music.”
Rascal Flatts just released their brand new single, “Rewind,” off their forthcoming album, which will be out in June.
