Brantley Gilbert will release his new album, featuring his latest single, “Bottoms Up,” in May, and he says, “There’s definitely a song to express every emotion you go through, or the moments you go through in life.” He explains part of the reason his music runs the emotional gamut is because he’s always writing and always coming up with ideas as he lives his life. “I’ve always got my cell phone on me, and write notes down writin’ down if a song idea or just a lyric may cross my mind,” says Brantley. “I think real writers are always writin’. I don’t think it ever stops.”
