Rascal Flatts video for their latest single, “Rewind,” is now airing on CMT, GAC and other video outlets. The video is doing well on CMT, but Jay DeMarcus says unfortunately the fact that his wife Alison DeMarcus works at the network doesn’t give them any additional advantage or leg up on the competition. He jokes, “I keep tryin’ to pay her a little extra cash, like increase her allowance to put us up but she won’t do it, she won’t take Payola, which is pretty sad that I’m married to her and I can’t get her to use her position any better than that.” Then again, Jay realizes maybe asking for help with Rascal Flatts’ video is pushing his luck, since he says, “I already bamboozled her into marrying me.”

Rewind, the new album from Rascal Flatts, will be available on May 13th.
