(AUDIO) Brantley Gilbert’s Latest Video Does Not Reflect Real Life

Brantley Gilbert comes from an interesting background that has involved a lot of unique experiences. When it came time to film the video for his latest single, “Bottoms Up,” which features some characters running moonshine in the prohibition era, it wasn’t a totally foreign concept to him, although he’s never seen such good looking moonshiners as the ones who co-star with him in the video. Brantley smiles and says, “Runnin’ moonshine. You know, I’m not sayin’ that I ever ran moonshine, ‘cause that’s against the law, but I can tell ya if I were to have ran moonshine, the people that would be helpin’ me wouldn’t look anything like the three beautiful ladies in the video.”

Part of the fun of making a video is bending reality. Brantley laughs and says, “Where else but in a music video can you get a good-lookin’ posse like that? I don’t know, but it was a lotta fun. I really enjoyed it.”
