The Eli Young Band has been on tour with a lot of different acts, from Kenny Chesney to Darius Rucker and now they’re out on the road with Jake Owen for some dates. While the audiences for each artist might be a little different, Mike Eli says, “You know, no matter what tour we’re on, at the end of the day we are who we are, and that’s what we do best. So, we don’t necessarily change much about our show other than you can be a little bit more strategic about which songs you choose.”
They’re excited about joining Jake Owen on the Days of Gold Tour because Mike says, “(It’s) gonna be really appropriate for this album. I really think that the folks coming out to see that tour, you know, these songs are gonna be perfect for that tour.”
They’ll have a chance to play their new single, “Dust,” plus maybe a few other unreleased songs off their new 10,000 Towns album, which is out now.
