(AUDIO) Cassadee Pope Fits In Workouts Whenever and Wherever She Can

Cassaddee Pope is a pretty petite woman, but she works hard at maintaining her fit frame by working out whenever she’s at home or on the road. If she had her preference, Cassadee says, “My favorite workout is Pilates, and I don’t get to do that very often because I’m never around a Pilates studio. But I just love being in a group of people cheering each other on and it really works your whole entire body.”
If she’s on the road and Pilates is not an option, the “I Wish I Could Break Your Heart” singer says, “I’ll run on the treadmill for about a half hour or I’ll do the elliptical, the bike, and do some push-ups, some crunches.”

This summer Cassadee is out on tour with Tim McGraw, who has been known to carry all kinds of crazy workout equipment and tools on the road, so chances are she’ll have a chance to get in some unique workouts if she wants to join Tim in his routine.
