Justin Moore is an avid hunter and fisher and he says it comes from his upbringing. “It was in part due to where I grew up,” says Justin, “but I think more importantly the people that I was raised by, the people I grew up around. It was a number of individuals, but I would say probably mostly my Grandpa, who I have talked and written a lotta songs about over the course of my career. He absolutely loved the outdoors, loved to fish, really, really loved to hunt.”
Justin spent a lot of time with his grandfather enjoying the outdoors and he says, “I’ve had experiences with a lotta my family members in the outdoors, but the ones with him probably are the most important to me seeing as how he’s gone now.”
Justin may not have as much time to spend in the outdoors these days while he’s out on the Platinum Tour with Miranda Lambert and promoting his latest single, “Home Sweet Home,” from the Motley Crue tribute album.
