Besides his own single, “Home Sweet Home,” Justin Moore is also on the radio with Brantley Gilbert and Thomas Rhett on “Small Town Throwdown.” Justin says the idea to record a song with Brantley actually came about a couple of years ago, but it was just a matter of waiting for the right song at the right time. “I think about two years ago Brantley and I were playin’ back-to-back nights, the same show, out in North Dakota, or Idaho or somewhere,” explains Justin. “We were just talkin’ ‘bout the fact that we should do somethin’ together and we both kinda just decided, let’s just wait on the song, and when it comes about, it comes about.”
Brantley called Justin when he came across “Small Town Throwdown” and Justin says it was a no brainer for him to say yes because he told Brantley, “Man, this sounds more like me than it does you, and I’m all about it.”
The final step was to invite Thomas Rhett to be a part of the song and the rest, as they say, is history.

“You know Brantley and I have become good buddies over the last two or three years or so, and same with Thomas Rhett. Justin Moore got to spend some time on Saturday (10/11) on the sidelines with his team the Arkansas Razorbacks. Still getting to enjoy some time at home in Arkansas, Moore’s only tour date this week is in his home state as he plays a show on Friday (10/17) in Little Rock, Arkansas at the First Security Amphitheater.
