One listen to Florida Georgia Line’s music, like their new single, “Sun Daze,” and it’s easy to tell that they pull from a variety of musical influences, including classic country and hip hop. Brian Kelley says, “We’re definitely influenced by a lot of different genres, and hip hop being one of them. We grew up listening to anybody from Lil’ Wayne, Eminem.
Even now the guys still have hip hop in their mix of favorite music. Some of their favorites include Drake, Wiz Kalifah and ASAP Rocky. Tyler Hubbard says, “We do have bus parties and there’s a lot of rap music that gets played. Hip hop and country, all day and all night, baby.”

Florida Georgia Line plays a show on Halloween night (10/31) at The Shipyards in Jacksonville, Florida. The duo then have some time off the road before they embark on their “This is How We Cruise” Norwegian Cruise on November 8 along with Nelly, Thomas Rhett and Frankie Ballard.
