As Florida Georgia Line’s star has continued to rise, they’ve had the opportunity to meet and rub elbows with a lot of fellow celebrities. While they’re happy to meet everyone, if they had to name a few that they were really excited to meet, Tyler Hubbard says, “I was pretty pumped about meetin’ Larry the Cable Guy.”
Brian Kelley still loves the fact that not only did they get to meet Nelly, but they got to collaborate with him on the remake of “Cruise” and now count him among their friends. “The coolest thing is gettin’ to have that relationship with Nelly and his crew,” says Brian. “That’s kinda been very special to us, kinda be mentored by him and get to hang out with him. So, I’d say he’s one of our good buddies.”
Tyler says he also can’t forget to mention his good buddy Travis Pastrana as one of the people he was excited to meet and get to know. Travis is an X Games champion and runs motorsports show Nitro Circus, and he and his crew were featured in the FGL video for “This is How We Roll.”
Florida Georgia Line is currently out on their Anything Goes Tour, with their latest single, “Sun Daze” on the brink of becoming their seventh consecutive #1 single. Recently they were spotted on Instagram in photos hanging out with comedian Kevin Hart.
