(AUDIO) Tim McGraw Doesn’t Look Back When Planning For The Future

When it comes to setting goals for himself, Tim McGraw says he is all about forward momentum and not looking back. ““I just wanna get better. I’m not one of those guys, I don’t look at the past very much, in fact, I can’t remember yesterday most of the time.”

Tim says his goal is always to find ways to improve in every facet of his life as a person. “I’m always thinkin’ about: what can I do that’s better, how can I be fresh, how can I improve as an artist, how can I improve as a father, how can I improve as a husband, how can I improve as a person? Those are the things that I look towards because if I look back I’m always disappointed.”

Tim is currently promoting his new single, “Diamond Rings and Old Bar Stools,” and he’ll kick off the Shotgun Rider Tour in June.
