Craig Wayne Boyd was crowned the champion on season seven of The Voice, so he’s got some pretty good qualifications to offer advice to contestants who are competing for a spot on season eight of the show. Craig says, “My advice to the folks on the next season is; stick to your guns, be who you are and don’t look at it as a competition. Look at it as a way to get your music out.”
Fortunately for Craig, he’s been able to get his music out since winning The Voice, thanks to his record deal with Dot Records. His debut single, “My Baby’s Got a Smile on Her Face,” is available now.

Craig Wayne Boyd is in Las Vegas again this week as he opens for Rascal Flatts at The Hard Rock Hotel’s The Joint. On Sunday (3/8), he and Flatts sat front and center at the Kobalt 400 NASCAR Race and did a little performing too.
