Maddie & Tae have had a hand in writing all of their own songs, so when fan tells them they relate to their music, in some ways it’s the ultimate compliment. “When someone says that they relate to our music and it’s helped them go through something, or even made them laugh, whatever emotion they felt, if they tell us that they felt that it’s, makes me wanna cry,” says Tae Dye. “At the end of the day it’s all that matters. We write and we sing and we perform, but at the end of the day if people are connecting to our music that’s all we could ask for.”

The girls are currently inspiring a lot of people with their latest single, “Fly,” and Maddie Marlow says, “We have this awesome blessing that we get to speak to so many people, and if we can make them feel something, that’s the coolest thing for us.”

Maddie & Tae’s debut album, Start Now, will be released on June 2nd.

WHAT THEY’RE DOING THIS WEEK – MARCH 30, 2015 – MONDAY 

Maddie & Tae are back in the states after some world traveling with dates in Australia and then Hawaii. The girls are still playing various radio station shows for fans and just released their brand new “Fly” video.
