(AUDIO) Reba Releases LOVE SOMEBODY – New Album Out This Week!

It’s been nearly 6 months since Reba announced that she was recording new music, and finally it’s here!
After listening to thousands of songs, and 5 years since the last album, the superstar comments, “I know my fans very well, and they’re gonna be excited.” The album comes out Tuesday April 14. And on Sunday, (April 19) she’s set to perform on The 50th ACM Awards, and will be presented with the Academy’s prestigious, Milestone Award.

Since 1977, the multi-Grammy winner has sold over 56 million albums. Love Somebody is the Country Music Hall of Fame member’s 27th studio album. Reba posted to her nearly 8 million followers on Facebook and Twitter last week…“I’ve been around and in this business a long time and just between you and me, it ain’t killed me yet.”

Along with her #1, iTunes single, “Going Out Like That” fans will get 12 songs, plus two bonus tracks, if purchased through Target: “Whatever Way It Hurts The Least” and “More Than Just Her Last Name.”

Among the highlights included on the album…a spiritual song she wrote a couple of years ago. When she released it through her website, her fans reaction to it was a good boost of confidence for Reba…

Reba – My fans give me confidence :21
“I did a little project a while back called “Pray For Peace” and we just put it out there for everybody to listen to. Because I felt it was a really strong message and I felt led to record it. And so, everybody got a thrill out of that and to hear new music and so it just gave me more confidence and more assurance that I’m really sure that the fans are going to be tickled.”
