A few more details have slipped out about Reba’s voice being featured in a new animated movie…She was cast alongside comedian, Damon Wayans Jr. in The Land Before Time: Journey of The Brave. Reba plays the part of a pre-historic, winged, dinosaur that’s encouraging to others, and as you might guess…has a featured song. The movie is the 14th installment of the popular franchise that Steven Spielberg and George Lucas helped create in 1988.

About the friendship between the main characters in the movie, Reba says, “They remind me a lot of my friends when I was a kid.” A promotional video featuring Reba and her character, Etta, can be seen on the movie’s Facebook page, along with a sneak preview video of her song, “Look For The Light.”

The Land Before Time: Journey of the Brave will be released to DVD and Digital HD on February 2.
