A Thousand Horses will release their new EP, Bridges, on June 2nd, and in addition to six new songs, they’ll also be offering their fans seven live versions of some of the songs on the new EP as well as several cuts from their last album, Southernality. One of those live cuts is their #1 song, “Smoke.” Michael Hobby says, “That song changed our life. It came out like a rocket and people fell in love with it and it was our first #1 and big hit, and you know that song was very special to us. It’s a cool way we that we did it was down here in Nashville at Printer’s Alley so we did this live thing. And you know, we never put out a live version of ‘Smoke,’ so we figured, well let’s just throw it … we have this and it sounds great, we want to kind of give people a little bonus track. Everybody loves a little bonus track.”
Bridges will also feature A Thousand Horses’ latest single, “Preachin’ to the Choir,” plus five additional new songs.
