(AUDIO) A Thousand Horses Say A Hit Song On The Radio Has Definitely Changed Things

A Thousand Horses has been making music together for several years and playing shows across the country, but they admit that having a hit song on the radio, their debut single, “Smoke,” has made a huge difference. Graham Deloach says, “Bein’ out on the radio it just increased the exposure, and everything, crazily. We’ve never had radio exposure, so for us it’s nuts.”

Zach Brown says he especially notices the difference on social media. “Like seein’ on Twitter and Instagram people hash taggin’ the lyrics and everything, so it’s like they’re gettin’ the song and it means something to them. It’s huge.”

A Thousand Horses just hit the road with Darius Rucker for the Southern Style Tour, and they’ll release their debut album, Southernality, on June 9th.
