(AUDIO) ACTING IS SOMETHING FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE’S BK AND TYLER ARE DEFINITELY OPEN TO TRYING

CURRENT SINGLE: “Long Live”

Brian Kelley (BK) and Tyler Hubbard of Florida Georgia Line have branched out in a lot of directions from their music career, including starting their own liquor brand, their own bar/restaurant, their own record label and publishing company, and they’re even both working on a new musical and a movie musical.  But one thing they haven’t really pursued, yet, is acting.  They briefly dipped their toes in the acting waters when they filmed the video for “May We All,” with Tim McGraw, but it’s something they would both consider doing more of if the right opportunity came along.  “I think there’s a good chance of that,” says BK.  “I think of just kind of takin’ the opportunities as they come.  And I’m not trying to call my own future here, and I don’t know what is to come, but it’d have to mean something if I’m gonna go put out energy to go do that. You know, I’d want it to be very meaningful and something special.“

Tyler would definitely consider trying his hand at acting on the big screen or the small screen.  He says, “I’m personally open. I’ve never considered myself a great actor.  I’ve never really done it, but I’m always open to it. Like BK said, just sort of assessing each opportunity and seeing if it sounds fun at the time or feels like the right move to make.”

Considering FGL has always been open to growing their brand and their business empire, it makes sense that they’d consider something new like acting.  “I’m always open to good ideas and good opportunities,” says Tyler, “and acting would be fun if the right opportunity came along.”
