(AUDIO) BRANTLEY GILBERT CONSIDERS HIS DAILY WARDROBE A COSTUME OF SORTS

Brantley Gilbert is a father of two, including two-year-old Barrett who will most likely be dressing up and going trick-or-treating this year.  A lot of country dads we’ve talked to say they usually dress up as a family with their kids, but even if Barrett asked his daddy to dress up, Brantley says, “Man, I don’t know. I don’t know. I’ve never been much of a dress up guy. I figure I’m the reigning worst dressed champ of the award shows in this genre.  I think I dress up enough. Like, I’m in a costume all day, every day.”

But could he be talked into it by his wife or his adorable son?  “No … I don’t know,” says Brantley. “I don’t know if I can answer that one truthfully.”

Brantley is hoping for all treats and no tricks for his duet with Lindsay Ell, “What Happens in a Small Town,” which is sitting in the top five on the charts and is on track to become his fifth number one single and Lindsay’s first.  The song is also nominated for Musical Event of the Year at this year’s CMA Awards.
