“Even when I was learning guitar growin’ up, I didn’t ever really want to learn anybody else’s stuff, and that evolved into writin’ songs. And I ended up meetin’ – one of the guys i played baseball with, his uncle had this cover band that played like, hole-in-the-wall bars and motorcycle clubhouses. They’d play like four hour shows and I’d get up and play stuff, then it kinda went from there and just went a million miles an hour.”
