Brantley Gilbert has been happily married for a little over a year and a half to the love of his life, Amber, but there was a time when he believed he would be a single for life.  Brantley says, “For a long time in my life, I was dead set on not getting married and not going through all that. I was just single for life.”

He really believed that would be the case after his engagement to Jana Kramer didn’t work out.  Brantley says, “When something like that doesn’t work out, that was close enough and I was done. And on June 16th when Amber came back in the picture, when she walked around the corner, I mean it wasn’t a choice.  There wasn’t anything I could do. I was like, well, all that ‘single for life’ just went out the window.”

These days, Brantley calls Amber “my favorite part of myself.”  Amber stars with Brantley in his latest video for “The Weekend.”
