Brett Young and his wife Taylor are very excited about Christmas because their daughter Presley will be 14-months-old, which is still young, but she’ll at least be a little more aware of what’s going on than she was on her first Christmas. “She was a little too young,” says Brett. “We tried to make it a bigger thing than it was possible to be. She was only, you know, a month and a half old last Christmas, two months exactly, actually.”
While mom and dad were very excited to make baby’s first Christmas special, Brett admits it was more for their sake than hers. “It’s like we’re buying her presents that she doesn’t know she’s getting. So, it was interesting. We tried to force it on her and she was like, ‘Yeah, whatever. Just feed me.’”
Regardless of how much Presley is able to understand about what’s going on at Christmas, we can almost guarantee there will be more than enough pictures and videos for her to look back at when she gets older.
