Brett Young’s daughter, Presley, is almost five months old, but she’s already started logging her miles on daddy’s tour bus. Brett says, “She came to the first weekend. Taylor and Presley came out. We did three shows at the end of January beginning of February and it was her first time on the bus, first weekend of The Chapter’s tour.”
While Presley doesn’t get to watch a lot of her daddy’s show, Brett says, “She makes it through about the first two or three songs but then it’s her bedtime. “
For fans who are anxious to get a little glimpse of Presley side stage, he says, “If you see a baby bobbing around with pink headphones on for the first 10 minutes of the show, it’s probably her. If you don’t see them again, that’s good. That means she went to bed.”
Luckily, for Presley, she doesn’t have to experience too much FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out), because Brett says, “We’re doing a VIP experience earlier in the night that she’s at. Whenever she’s there she’s at the VIP experience, and so we’re just trying to get as much out of it and give her as much exposure as we can without overdoing it.”
Brett is currently overseas performing as part of the C2C: Country to Country Music Festival this week in Germany, Sweden, the UK and Ireland, but when he gets back to the U.S., and back out on The Chapters Tour, he’ll undoubtedly have Presley and his wife Taylor on the road with him whenever possible.
The Chapters Tour is named after the song Brett co-wrote and recorded with Gavin DeGraw on his latest album, which also features his current single, “Catch.”
