Brett Young and his fiancée Taylor will be getting married in November, and while Brett is happy to help out with the wedding planning, he says, “What I said to her was just, ‘I’m going to stay out of your way until you ask me, and then when you ask me, I promise I’ll get it done as quickly as I can. But I want it to be the way that you want it to be.’ There’s definitely a, a list of things that she said, ‘Okay, I need your help here or I need you to run point on this.’”

Brett is definitely in awe of all the time and energy Taylor has spent preparing for their big day.  He says, “She found a quote the other day which is so true it cracked me up.  It said, ‘Do you ever wonder what you did with all of your free time before you were planning a wedding?’  Cause she literally, I feel like she has a 40-hour-a-week job right now working on this thing. So, it’s been a lot, but it’s been exciting and interesting.  It’s been fun.”

We do know that Brett, who just celebrated “Mercy” becoming his fourth consecutive #1 song, will be singing at his wedding, although he says it won’t be one of his own songs and he still hasn’t quite nailed down what song it will be.
