Carly Pearce’s latest song, “Closer to You,” definitely has a danceable beat to it, and Carly admits, “If I’ve had enough wine I will so dance. I’m not a good dancer by any means.”
Carly loves acts like Florida Georgia Line and Luke Bryan who have turned out plenty of great dance songs, and she admits that her fiancé Michael Ray takes notice. “Michael always jokes and says, ‘I need to pay attention to what you like because you’re like the girls that I’m writing songs for.’ Every girl wants to dance.”
