Carly Pearce just released her brand new single, “Closer to You,” and a big reason she chose to record the song is because it represents where she’s at in her own life. “’Closer to You’ is a love song about exactly how I am feeling in my life right now,” says Carly, “which is I’m in a long distance relationship and sometimes all you want … I think that feeling of just only wanting to be closer to this person, is such an awesome feeling.”
