Carly Pearce loves the holidays for a lot of reasons, and on a scale of 1 – 10 when it comes to decorating and celebrating, she says, “I’m probably a strong eight-and-a-half or nine. I mean, it definitely looks like Christmas threw up in my house. It’s a little harder now when I’m on the road, but I love the holidays.”

Christmas always conjures up feelings of nostalgia and reminiscing, and Carly says, “I’m very nostalgic and very much an old soul and I think there is just something about that time of year that just brings all of that to a head for me.”

This year, Carly will have a pre-Christmas celebration with her family and her boyfriend, Michael Ray, on a family cruise.  Then she and Michael will head to Florida to celebrate Christmas with his family.  And while she’ll be doing a lot of reflecting during the holidays, Carly is also looking forward to a big 2019, with her latest single, “Closer to You,” and the release of a new album.
