When Cassadee Pope played her new single, “I Am Invincible” for her mom, she says, “She cried. Loves it.”

“My mom’s favorites were always when I belted and sang Martina McBride songs,” explains Cassadee, “and she’s been hearing all these songs all year that I’ve been writing and some are very ‘voicey’, some aren’t, and she was very excited when I chose a song that showed my range and also had a very important message behind it.”

“I Am Invincible” is the lead single off Cassadee’s sophomore album, which she will release later this year.
