DEBUT SINGLE – “Learn From It”
Conner Smith is starting to see some of his country music dreams come true with his debut single, “Learn from It,” climbing the charts and getting ready to spend the summer on tour with Thomas Rhett, and although his mom is incredibly supportive of her 210-year-old son and his career, Conner says, “I think my mom is feeling a ocean of emotions between proud of me and praying harder than she’s ever prayed before.”
Case in point, Conner says, “It’s funny, we were scheduled to play a festival down in Cancun, Mexico, and it got canceled due to Covid and all these things. And my brother and I joked that I was gonna post on Instagram and say, ‘Cancun has been canceled due to my mom‘s prayers.’
Conner understands that his mom worries about her baby boy, and all of the temptations and chances to make bad decisions that come with his career, but he says his mom can take heart in the fact that, “She raised me right, her and my dad did.”
