Craig Wayne Boyd knows what a gift it was for Blake Shelton to give him his debut single, “My Baby’s Got a Smile on Her Face.” The song was one that Blake had found through hours and hours of endless listening to songs and Craig says, “That was amazing for him to pull that song out of his back pocket. I know how that feels. I’ve listened to hundreds and thousands of songs and I keep those a little to my heart, and I don’t want anybody else to cut those. And for him to do that and let me cut one that he’s been holding for a while was an honor.”
“My Baby’s Got a Smile On Her Face” will be on Craig’s debut album for Dot Records, which he is currently working on.
