(AUDIO) DANIELLE BRADBERY’S RELATIONSHIP HAS MADE A HUGE HAPPY DIFFERENCE IN HER MUSIC

Danielle Bradbery didn’t talk about it much, but when she was making her last album, I Don’t Believe We’ve Met, she was at the tail end of an unhealthy relationship, and a lot of the songs on the album reflect that.  Now, as she works on brand new music, Danielle is very happy and very much in love with her current boyfriend of over a year, Bennett Jonas, and when it comes to her music, she says, “It does change a lot.  And I know I keep going back to the last record, but that’s proof that whatever is going on in my life, that’s exactly what I had to focus on.  And now that I’m in a good relationship, a healthy one, and he’s very supportive of what I do and isn’t jealous, and is just ‘You go be Danielle Bradbery.’  It makes such a huge difference and it makes me feel more confident.”

Danielle wrote her latest single, “Never Have I Ever,” before she met Bennett, but she says it’s almost like she manifested him and their relationship when she wrote that song. “When I’m writing a song or recording a song, it’s night and day difference.  You can probably hear how confident I feel.  I feel more me, and it definitely changes the way I write, and you’ll hear that in my music for sure.  And I’ll be more happy.”

Danielle is continuing to work on new music, and chances are, her happy relationship will be reflected in those future songs as well, even if it’s just in the vibe, and not necessarily the subject matter of the song.
