Drake White is thrilled to have his song “Livin’ the Dream” climbing the charts and he’s looking forward to releasing a new album later this year, but when it comes to his ultimate goals he says, “Music’s my first love and it’ll always be what I’m focused on, period, but I want it to be bigger than I am. I wanna help people and that’s my main goal is to just give back and help folks through this music, through this pedestal that God’s given me.”
Drake will be spending the summer on the road with the Zac Brown Band, who are pretty philanthropic in their own right, so perhaps he’ll be able to pick up some good tips and pointers on giving back and using his platform for greater good.
