Drake White’s wife, Alex, is a professional chef, but when it comes to his own cooking, Drake prefers cooking outside.  He says, “I love to kind of man the grill and anything grill-wise and spice-wise and any of that, I’ve got a good pretty good hold on.  You know, any kind of vegetables or anything out of the garden I can make.  And wild game, I’ve always been infatuated with wild game and cooking it and cooking fish, and the grill’s something that I’ve always been very confident in front of.”

While he’s by no means awful in the kitchen, Drake says, “When it gets to baking and different steps and things like that, Alex has just kind of taken over. So, it’s been a while since I’ve been like in the kitchen and been the leader in the kitchen because she’s on it.  But I can take something out of the cupboard and make something good out of nothing.”

Drake’s latest single, “Makin’ Me Look Good Again,” was inspired by his wife, Alex, and how she makes him look good.
