(AUDIO) ELI YOUNG BAND SHINES A LIGHT ON THE LOVE SURROUNDING RETURNING WOUNDED MILITARY MEMBERS

If you’ve seen the video for Eli Young Band’s latest song, “Love Ain’t,” then you know it features a special couple, Taylor and Danielle, and their journey of recovery after Taylor became a quadruple amputee while serving our country overseas.  Mike Eli explains, “The idea of building this music video around this couple, Taylor and Danielle, started with our conversations with Wounded Warrior Project, and asking them, how can we show everyone this ultimate love story?  Where is this love story, cause we know it exists.”

Eli Young Band have been big supporters of Wounded Warrior Project because of the incredible and necessary work they do to help military men and women and their families when they return with injuries after serving our country.  Mike says, “We’ve seen these beautiful couples and beautiful families come together after serving overseas, and that love story that happens after.  The idea of this video was to shine a light on … they are the epitome of that struggle and how it can become this beautiful thing.  They’re like the ultimate love story.”

You can watch the video for “Love Ain’t” on Eli Young Band’s YouTube page, and learn more about Wounded Warrior Project at woundedwarriorproject.org.
