Memorial Day marked the unofficial start of summer, and for Jon Jones of Eli Young Band, his recipe for a perfect way to spend a summer day is pretty simple. “I would say you’d have to involve water, some sun, some good friends, a cookout, some drinks. That’s it. Doesn’t matter where it’s at, but all those things are pretty integral,” says Jon.
We’re guessing great music would also be part of his perfect summer day, and it’s a good bet Eli Young Band’s latest single, “Turn It On,” will be part of many summer playlists this day.

Eli Young Band plays shows this week in Toronto on Thursday (6/4) and Michigan on Saturday (6/5). Last weekend, they began playing dates on Toby Keith’s “Good Times & Pick Up Lines Tour.”
