It seems everybody is binge watching something these days, and Mike Eli of Eli Young Band is no exception. But recently he binge watched a show that’s going off the air this year. “I binge watched Walking Dead,” says Mike. “Everybody kept talking about Walking Dead for so long, I finally got to the point about four months ago where I started season one. And then I think it was about a month and I had already gone through all the seasons.”
That’s nine and a half seasons in one month. Mike admits that once he got around to watching the The Walking Dead, “I was pretty hooked.” But not everybody in his house felt the same. He says, “I think it was pretty annoying to my wife, honestly.”
For now, Mike can concentrate on work and promoting Eli Young Band’s latest single, “Break It In,” but the second half of Season 10 of The Walking Dead, will premiere next month on AMC. Luckily for his wife, he’ll only be able to watch one episode at a time, vs. nine and a half seasons in one month.
