When Mike Eli of Eli Young Band isn’t out on the road with the band or busy making music with them, like their latest single, a duet of “Honey I’m Good” with Andy Grammer, he loves being at home and being a daddy to his little girl, Kline Olivia. Mike says, “Kline is three and she’s in her first gymnastics class, which is really fun. She’s got gymnastics on Thursday mornings. I’ve been able to be at most of her gymnastics classes, which is pretty funny for two-and-a-half-year-old trying to figure out how to do a cartwheel, but she’s had a really good time with it.”
Unfortunately Mike has to miss some of Kline’s classes when he’s on the road, so he gets to as many as he can when he’s not working because he says, “They grow up quick, man. It happens fast.”
