Florida Georgia Line was just named the CMA Vocal Duo of the Year for the third year in a row, and they just scored their eighth #1 song with “Anything Goes.” They also just wrapped up their very successful first headlining tour, and Tyler Hubbard says now that they have a little time off for the holidays, they definitely plan to spend some time reflecting on all their blessings. “That’s important, and I think as artists in order to continue to evolve and be creative, you’ve got to sit back and soak it all up a little bit and take it in and be grateful for where you’re at and thankful for how you got there,” says Tyler. “So, for us, we just got done with the ‘Anything Goes’ tour, so we’re at home and kind a working on the album, and sort of taking this time to reflect as well. I think we do it on a daily basis and kind a look at our life, look at ourselves, look at ourselves as men, as husbands, as businessmen, and just try to reflect and be honest and transparent with who we are with ourselves and try to become better every day. So, that’s important to us.”
Florida Georgia Line’s new single, “Confession,” is the fifth and final single they will release off their Anything Goes album. They plan to release a new album in 2016, which they’ll be writing and recording over the next few months while they have some time off the road.
