(AUDIO) FLORIDA GEORGIA LINE IS DEFINITELY OPEN TO MORE MUSICAL COLLABORATIONS

As Florida Georgia Line spends their fifth week at #1 on the Hot Country Songs chart with “Meant to Be,” their collaboration with Bebe Rexha, the guys are hard at work on their fourth album.  In addition to collaborating with Bebe Rexha, Brian and Tyler also recorded songs with the Backstreet Boys, Tim McGraw, Ziggy Marley, The Chainsmokers, Hailee Steinfeld and Morgan Wallen last year and they say they are definitely open to more collaborations in the future.  “As long as it comes organically and the timing’s right and it makes sense, I think we’ll always kind of do stuff like that,” says Brian Kelley.  “I don’t think that would ever stop… if it feels right, you’ve gotta push boundaries man, you’ve got to make cool music and get together with other friends and see what happens. I think that’s what we’re here for to create some different things.”

Chances are we’ll hear at least one collaboration on Florida Georgia Line’s next album when they release it later this year, but since they’re still working on it, we’ll have to wait and see.

Florida Georgia Line – more outside collaborations  :19

Brian Kelley – “You know, as long as it comes organically and the timing’s right and it makes sense, I think we’ll always kind of do stuff like that. I don’t think that would ever stop. But you know we’ll always continue to make music and do what we’ve always done in that way. But like I said, if it feels right, you’ve gotta push boundaries man, you’ve got to make cool music and get together with other friends and see what happens. I think that’s what we’re here for to create some different things.”
