Florida Georgia Line will wrap up their Anything Goes Tour, named after their current album and current single, in October. Although they haven’t had a whole lot of down time to focus on songwriting, the guys will be going into the studio to record their next album when the tour wraps and they say they’re ready. Brian Kelley says, “We just instinctively, just stayed in a creative space. I think we just kept pushin’. We had scheduled out writers months in advance, so you know what’s comin’ and get your ideas together, if you’re not writin’ one weekend and just tryin’ to stay prepared havin’ stuff written down in your phone. It’s all about makin’ time. There’s nothin’ more important than songs.”
Tyler says it’s also about making the most of their time when they do sit down to write. He says, “It’s not like it used to be where we could write five days a week. You go in prepared. You go in ready to write. You go in and expect to leave with a hit song. So, if you expect it, it comes a lot more often than when you’re just hopin’ for it.”
Fans will likely be able to hear what they come up with toward the end of 2015 or beginning of 2016 when Florida Georgia Line releases their next album.

Florida Georgia Line – being prepared writing :45
Brian Kelley – “We just instinctively, just stayed in a creative space.
Tyler Hubbard – “I also think there’s something to be said about knowin’, hey, we got one day in the next two weeks to write a song, so we go in that day. It’s not like it used to be where we could write five days a week. You go in prepared. You go in ready to write. You go in expect to leave with a hit song. So, if you expect it, it comes a lot more often than when you’re just hopin’ for it.”
